The five acre property has a Chef’s Kitchen with state-of-the-art professional appliances. Hands-on courses include fresh pasta making, pastry, ethnic foods and culinary uses of native plants. An adjacent barn houses a music recording studio and an artists retreat space.

Davide Roubini, owner/chef of Hoopa House, is a professional pastry chef, baker and artisanal pasta maker. He is the former Pasta Chef at Gucci Osteria by Massimo Bottura in Beverly Hills. Davide was born in Iran, grew up in Italy and lived in New York City before moving to Los Angeles in 2020. Davide infuses his multi-ethnic background in all his culinary creations and will be available himself for baking, fresh pasta and ethnic food hands-on classes.
